Review the whole book
Run a full review from the Continuity tab when you want every chapter checked against the rest.
Updated October 15, 2026
A full review checks every chapter of your book. Use it after a big import, a large rewrite, or when you simply want a fresh look.
Start a full review
- Open the Continuity tab on the right.
- If nothing has been checked yet, you will see Nothing has been checked yet and a Run full review button. The approximate cost sits beside it.
- If the book has been checked before, use Re-analyze at the top of the tab, or Run again at the bottom of a clean result. The cost is shown on or beside the button.
- Click it. The status line counts through your chapters while it works.
- When it ends, findings appear in the list. If there are none, the tab says No contradictions found and shows how many chapters were checked.
If the button is greyed out
A short note beside the button says why:
- Loading price… The app is still working out the cost. Wait a moment.
- Price unavailable The cost could not be worked out right now.
- Not enough credits Your balance is below the cost. See What a check costs.
If it stops partway
- Out of credits: an Out of credits card says where it stopped, for example at chapter 12 of 30. It adds that your existing issues are preserved and nothing was cleared. Open billing takes you to your plan.
- A problem: a Review failed card shows the reason, with Try again when trying again can help.
- An unfinished earlier review: a Chapter review status list may offer Resume review. It says whether chapters you already paid for are charged again.
Books that are too big
Very large books cannot be checked in one go. Bunsho then says so and points you to Check this chapter, so you can go chapter by chapter. A single chapter that is too long has to be split first. See My chapter is too long to check.
